  • This is from Thomas Droleskey's site:

"Finally, Father Benedict Hughes, CMRI, will be giving a three hour
conference tomorrow in Cranston, Rhode Island, on Our Lady's Fatima
Message. Here are the details as provided by Mrs. Joanne McOsker, who
was the face of the Catholic pro-life movement in the State of Rhode
Island for well over three decades:
Come and learn the history of Fatima and what has happened to the
Catholic Church. Come and hear Father Benedict Hughes, Congregation of
Mary Immaculate Queen, CMRI, speak about the history of Fatima and the
changes in the Church. Were the times today predicted by the Mother of
    God at Fatima and LaSalette?

    2:00PM-5PM October 2nd, 2010. Location:
William Hall Library 1825 Broad Street Cranston, RI 02905 Contact info:   1-617 913 1483."

  • Father Benedict Hughes is also gifted to deliver a message or talk very well, he has that ability to make any religious topic so interesting.

    Please pray for my soul.

     :applause:

That he does, Myrna!   He is an absolutely wonderful priest who, incidentally, just celebrated 31 years of priesthood on September 29th!

  • Not sure about that, but they make tapes of the talks and offer them for sale at the C.M.R.I gift store, this money helps support the priests.
    Please pray for my soul.

  • I wonder if the talk will be put onto the TraditionalCatholicSermons.org site? If so, I suppose it may take awhile.

  • I enjoy listening to his sermons on traditionalcatholicsermons.org.  My time is short and his sermons are direct and to the point and hold my attention.  He has a lot under the catechism section and they'd be great to use for homeschooling or just a review for anyone.

I also enjoy getting the newsletter from his minor seminary - St. Joseph's Seminary.  It comes every month and is free for the asking - just email him and ask to be put on the list.  Of course, they use it as a source of fundraising and what a great way to support future priests! We love reading the short articles written by the boys themselves and seeing the pictures. If you ever have the chance to visit the minor seminary don't miss the opportunity! It is in North Idaho and is a lovely oasis from the modern world.

Indeed it is an oasis, Ora Pro Me!

And you are right about his sermons too.
