Was Fr. Collin's a sedevacanist?

Yes. He took the position *after* he was dismissed from the SSPX. This fact provides evidence that the reason for the “Nines” dismissal from the SSPX was not due to the sedevacantist position.

Interesting how some former SSPX Sede priests anathematize SSPX masses and others do not.
I think we have a three Pope's type situation.  Good Catholics in different camps.

I was told this by a couple of The Nine, independently, that not all of them were SVs at the time of their dismissal.  It was more about imposing the 1962 Mass, annulments (whether or not to accept them), and the validity of NO Holy Orders ("Father' Stark situation).

Yeah, Roscoe Rampolla will be angry.

Boy Cardinal Rampolla's eyes .... what was he doing with himself???

Yeah, he definitely has evil-looking eyes.

Ratzinger also had some sinister looks caught on film, and one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen was the one face that Wojtyla made (shown in the Dimond videos), where the man looked possessed.  Obviously, none of these images proves anything, but I doubt you'd ever find a picture of a saint ... St. Therese or St. John Bosco that sported looks like that, as eyes really are windows into people's souls.

Of course, all the books about Rampolla having been a Mason use THAT sinister-looking picture for their cover art ... rather than his one below.  Perhaps Rampolla was having a bad day and was half asleep due to a night of penance.

There are actually a LOT of questionable things that Pius XII did...  Most traditional Catholics don't like to hear about them though as they think of him as the last good pope...  I wish I had taken more time to talk about it all in depth with Father Collins before he died...  He mentioned it but I was too distracted at the time.

In my continual studies, I have also noticed this.

Not only was Pius XII not exactly ideal, but that, as you say, many traditionalists seem to want to paint him only in the best light.

Does anybody have any good sources on him? Books, articles, etc?

I don't know what to make of PIus XII. Was he simply trying to "play the game," keep his enemies close, and ended up simply getting played himself? Was he just kinda dumb and easily manipulated? Was he just straight up compromised?

On another note, the Palmarians in Spain claim that Roncalli/John XXIII and Montini/Paul VI were actually valid popes. They even claim that Montini was drugged and forcibly manipulated! Given the drama that has been coming out of them, it's hard to take those claims seriously.
