Could someone please tell me if the SSPX recognises the 'modern' popes(anti-popes in my view as all are aware) beg with john 23 as actual Popes?

Yes.

While they are not "rah-rah" (cheering for) any of them, the SSPX does recognize the papacies of the post Vatican-II popes.

The SSPX is not a s*devacantist organization.

Where have you been? Come on, that can't be a surprise to anyone. You must be new to the traditional Catholic world.

Have you read any news articles at all lately? Why would the SSPX even be CASUALLY TALKING to Rome if they thought Rome was the seat of the Antichrist, or that all of their ordinations weren't valid, etc.

I had suspected as much but just wanted to be sure. This explains why the publishing arm of SSPX in Kansas City uses a 666 configuration in their phone #

You're talking about Angelus Press.

I've never heard of a 666 "configuration" -- it's either the mark of the beast or it isn't. Besides, it's just a number.

For a soul in the state of grace, he can walk under a ladder, past a black cat, and rent hotel room #13 on a Friday and nothing evil will befall him.

Anyhow, Angelus's number is 966, not 666.

And the last part is 7337 -- a very good number for you superstitious/paranoid/numerologists out there.

3 is the number of the Holy Trinity
7 symbolizes "perfection", the 7 sacraments, the 7 gifts of the Holy Ghost, etc.

The reason I asked for clarification is that GV has in the past posted remarks by Archbp Lefevbre saying that such a situation as anti-popes could theoretically occur( I believe I have the jist of this correctly). At any rate, caballistically, a 9 is a 6 so it doesn't make much difference to me.

Possibly I am making to much of this but any org(and especially one that claims to be Catholic) that uses a configuration of 666 in any way is to be avoided in my opinion.

I have a list somewhere of couple hundred orgs that use a configuration of 666 in their phone #'s. Org's like Gun Owners of America and Planned Parenthood etc. I will get it out and post some of them as time permits. Possibly some will think I am a 'conspiracy theorist'. Ciao

Maybe it's different in the USA, but usually we can't chose our phone numbers. We can ask for a different one, but it's a bit of a lottery.

There are three 9's in my phone number, and a nine and two sixes in my grandmother's. How ridiculous it would be to ascribe anything other than random chance to those numbers in the context of my grandmother.
