This is utterly idiotic.  Even the most rabid Novus Ordite would have to concede that they have valid Confessions because Bergoglio gave them jursidiction for that.

Just mention that Bergoglio has given the jurisdiction to validly here Confessions (though you don't believe that's required due to the crisis in the Church) ... that's assuming Jorge is the pope.  If he's not the pope (where my money's at), then the Church supplies due to the sede vacante.
