Does anyone know if the Ecclesia Dei communities (FSSP, ICKS, Transalpine Redemptorists, et al) actually sign a docuмent officially approving or agreeing to VII & N.O.?

If so, is / are those docuмents available online for viewing/confirmation of this?

Not sure about signed docuмents. But publicly at least, with regard to saying or concelebrating the Novus Ordo, there is a long history of "drama," ending (of course) in compromise:

Just a pinch of incense is all it takes, ya know.

DECRee
The Holy Father Francis, concedes to all and to each of the members of the Apostolic Life Society “Frameternity Saint-Pierre”, founded on 18 July 1988 and declared “of papal right” by the Holy See, the power to celebrate the sacrifice of Mass, to administer the sacraments and other sacred rites, and to perform the Divine Office, according to the typical editions of the books, and the Roman Breviary.
They can use this faculty in their proper churches and oratories; everywhere else, they will use it only with the consent of the ordinary place, except for the celebration of the private Mass.
Without prejudice to what has been said above, the Holy Father suggests that, as far as possible, the provisions of the motu proprio Traditionis Custodes should also be taken into account.
Done in Rome, near Saint-Pierre, on 11 February, on the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes, 2022, the ninth year of my pontificate.

Fr. J. B.: This is what surprised and delighted me the most, during those days in Rome at the beginning of July 1988: no one in the Curia spoke to us of such an obligation. On the contrary, the celebration of the liturgy of 1962 in the churches of Rome was immediately facilitated for us. This is how we received on July 6 very exceptional "celebrets", signed by Cardinals Ratzinger and Mayer!

When, subsequently, some bishops tried to require our priests to concelebrate in the new rite, I advised the confreres to attend these ceremonies in the choir in surplice, especially on Holy Thursday, and to receive Holy Communion. Cardinal Ratzinger agreed with me on this point: such sacramental communion was an unequivocal sign of ecclesial communion and obviously expressed our recognition of the validity of the novus ordo.

+L said the N.O. Mass may be valid, but under certain situations it could also be invalid...ie. Intention of the priest.
