  • I am sure this will spread.  And if the SSPX caves to modernist Rome, it will be enforced in their schools also.

    MO Catholic school policy

So far it's only official in the diocese of Jefferson City MO but we all know how that goes...

O Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on us.

  • This has been going on for a long time! Look at the "Diversity Statement" provided by the "Awareness Council" at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in NYC, Lady Gaga's alma mater:

The Awareness Council has five goals that support the growth and development of our Sacred Heart community.
    • Cultivate a shared vision of Diversity that is rooted in our Catholic identity and Sacred Heart tradition, and provide opportunities for our community to further develop and deepen this vision.
    • Promote an educational environment and curriculum that explores and engages with diverse perspectives and that serves as a safe place for intellectual, social, academic, and faith diversity.
    • Include themes of equity, multiculturalism, and cultural competency in school-wide curriculum and the professional development of faculty and staff.
    • Widen proactive approaches to recruiting and supporting employees and students from a variety of ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
    • Engage parents and alumnae through educational opportunities and events that promote diversity, inclusion and cultural competency.

    Also,

We expect that each member of our school community creates opportunity for dialogue, learning, and activism. It is expected that all members of the Sacred Heart community value differences that include, but are not limited to, ability, age, beliefs, ethnicity, family structure, gender, learning style, race, religion, sɛҳuąƖ orientation and socioeconomic status. The Sacred Heart community at 91st Street is committed to maintaining an ongoing and respectful dialogue in all matters of equity and justice and to providing a safe and constructive forum for reflection upon our actions.

All with the blessings of the local N.O. functionaries...
St. Jude, who, disregarding the threats of the impious, courageously preached the doctrine of Christ,
    pray for us.

  • I remember about ten years ago a male teacher standing up at a meeting and highlighted his concerns about 'Catholic' schools. We should assume the worst about them and as far as I am concerned the 'Catholic' schools in Ireland are places of learning lies and the teachers complicit in the agenda.

A few teachers here and there do their best to propagate the faith. I had a dialogue of the deaf with an elderly Sister of Mercy. She wouldn't accept their schools are Catholic in name only.

A Novus Ordo priest was honest with a former student of his who attends the Traditional Mass. The priest told the Trad "we failed you".

The students don't know any better but the parents should. Last evening I was viewing old school yearbooks online from my old school. Tragic how the school declined within 15 years.

One of the teachers told me things declined after the immigrants arrived and with fewer priests on staff. Now the school albeit novus ordo have no priest on the staff. When boarding ended the school lost something. Most boys there now wouldn't know what the Dean of Study or Dean of Discipline are. We even had a lay teacher, who was nicknamed Hitler. A good man. The moustache and a good sense of discipline earned him the nickname.

Whilst church teaching regarding the 'benders' was never mentioned there was always open mockery of queers in class. Am sure this has changed now.

Our response has to be homeschool and to tradify. I read an article ten years ago about establishing independent schools in Ireland. Great idea but people need to follow up on their ideas. There are plenty of empty buildings for sale. I tried unsuccessfully to get a building.

I could be stating the obvious but a sincere Catholic should not be funding these 'Catholic' in name only schools. Have people's standards and morals fallen so much that they pay those that corrupt their children? . In Ireland there is competition already with the migrant baby boom with migrant children getting places in these 'Catholic' schools. The less well off feel the pinch a bit more.

It's incredible to be in any Irish city or town and realise the schools are not Catholic. In many places the lesbian feminist has taken the place of the religious sister, who once was school principal. I read from one Mercy school yearbook that the vice principals 'favourite' person is Hillary Clinton. I am not surprised.

As I said on another thread it remains to be seen if the Irish will vote away the right to life. I am inclined to believe it will happen and our country getting a punishment from God.

I do meet people that do find things are going wrong and not happy. One man was complaining to me about all the 'gαy crap' on the television.

I obviously won't frequent places that support the ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs or any anti Catholic, anti life. For example I won't shop in a place that flies the 'pride flag'.

  • Brophyhigh school in Phoenix, New Order, had 1/3 muslim students in 1992 and the elementary so-called catholic, were taking money from the Federal gov't teaching sex ed in 1987 which was against the state laws.   That is right!  The dioceses was implementing sex education into the state when the state laws said, "No Way!"

Watch for those phrases, " but not limited to"  means they can add anything with your knowledge.
