Yes. One of the first thing Benedict XV did after he was elected was to dismantle the Sodalitium Pianum and send Cardinal Merry del Val packing.

Plus, it does not help that the Vatican Secretary of State for Leo XIII, Benedict, XIV, Pius XI, and XII were Masons. The advice they must of given the Popes would never be in the best interest of the Church.
