    • Something is very fishy when a man speaks as +Burke does yet made it to the highest ranks of Cardinal. It's hard to believe that one who says some of the things Burke says, which actually are Catholic, was able to make it this long. How does a lone sheep survive 40 years while living among 1000s of hungry wolves the whole time?

    I mean, the wolves have efficiently culled the entire hierarchy since V2, so how did Burke slide through untouched - until now?  Sorry, I don't understand and I don't trust him - not yet any way. Thanks for posting.

    I hear you.  I tend to think he's more like a Benedict XVI.  The neo-cons love Burke, but I still think he needs to convert to the Catholic Faith.

    I'm wondering what Francis met with him about.

    • Perhaps in his humility Francis will get down and kiss Cardinal Burke's foot.  After all, he had asked for and said that he welcomed criticism.
