  • I know of the canons from the Council of Trent defending the Mass, and the canon preventing the changing the "received and approved" rites of the Church. Can anybody point out any other canons, dogmatic statements from councils (other than Trent) or infallible statements by Popes defending the Tridentine Mass (and the Liturgy in general) from artificial changes?
