The new order priests and bishops are invalid, you can't confess to them, besides, they are members of a false religion.

You will receive different answers depending upon who is responding, whether that respondant is R&R, Sedeprivationist, Sedevacantist, or Novus Ordo.

Go to confession where you go to Mass.  

If you go to SSPX St Ignatius retreat, you can make a general confession.
