Yes, he was definitely arrogant in that video. I stopped watching after he said that the SSPX have an unlawful assembly, and that they have no sacrament (34:40 minute mark). He also said that he's going to "nail" Fr. Griegos (SSPX - Post Falls). He seems to have a lot of bitterness, but some is likely justified. It's unfortunate that Fr. Griegos didn't really listen to what he had to say, but I suppose that's to be expected, considering what the SSPX did to +W.

Realize that Bro. Nat has been alleged to carry psychiatric diagnoses,  a problem that is over-represented in the tribe due to inbreeding. Why over-think this guy's quirks and meandering path through life?

That’s likely the reason, Mark79. Thank you.

But I can't listen to him. I thought he would be more sane. I hope he realizes that the NO is an Antichrist mass. But back in the good old days, he wouldn't have been allowed to speak publicly because of his mental health issues.

Psychiatric disorder is the generous read. Kapner has made a living as an entertainer who enthusiastically reports on and describes blasphemy. Everything about him is wrong and always has been. For his sake, the glint in his eye and the excitement in his voice are hopefully the result of a psychiatric disorder, because what kind of a sick soul turns blasphemy into an entertainment product?

He's a shill, and anyone that promotes him is a shill.

On second thought, operative or Intel agent might be more accurate terms, both for Kaplan and for anyone that promotes him.
