  • For those who have the stomach, Bp Dolan's spiel this week is on...CALUMNY!!!  :sleep: I confess I am less than shocked.  I wonder if he used his own recent calumny of Mr Gebel as exhibit A?

  • I am also STUNNED that Dolan worked in a reference to giving to sgg.org/cult in your will for the SECOND week in a row!!

    Is that $750K SGG obtained by, uh, questionable means a few years ago already gone?

  • Yes, $-7-5-0-0-0-0.  Maybe WE should be asking to be included in YOUR will, Bp Dolan?  Of course, I realize your cats, Puccini and Vivaldi, would likely get in on the action before someone like me.

    It is questionable to say the least.  Although the person who gave it has a right to spend his money as he pleases.

  • I did not listen to this, as I know their games well enough (and I cannot listen to such while at work, if I wanted).

    If anyone DOES listen to it, please take note of, and let me know about, the comment in reference to others' mail, etc., as, within the larger picture that is quickly taking shape, it is far more significant than the average listener would ever suspect.  Godspeed.

  •  Why hell should anybody make the big sacrifice of becoming a priest, if he hates The Church?

    MANY infiltrators have done so in recent history.  It is precisely to DESTROY the Church that they did so.  Further, it was not such a BIG sacrifice for such men, as they did not necessarily live according to the spirit of poverty, chastity, or obedience.

    IMO, it is a given that Traddieland is FULL of infiltrators.  Having created the problems that led to Vatican II, there is no way the enemies of the Church would not also follow the resisters into the wilderness.  In fact, such would, in a way, be a much easier job than the initial work that wrought such havoc in the Church.

    =====================================

       Can't say that we were not warned about hirelings.

      Brace yourselves : I met a Novus Ordo priest that was a great role model for Christ's Church.  This priest would say mass at 14 different locations in both Chile and Argentina in a continuous 2 week cycle.  Me and a friend spend 3 hours helping him out with cutting weeds in the church yard. This priest was not afraid of work, or working to support himself. A welcome contrast to the soft hand skin gurly man types in the United States.

      If so, I can conclude that ALL of them are either gαys or have hidden a mistress somewhere. No virgin priest or bishop among them?

    No.  It just means this era has more than its fair share of wolves in shepherds' clothing.

  • Catholic author anf former Federal Investigator Leon Podles has a point of view which resonates deeply with me.

    Here is a bit of the intro to his book Sacrilege: sɛҳuąƖ Abuse in the Catholic Church

    it's from Matt Abbott's columns

    http://www.renewamerica.com/columns/abbott/071109

    Mr. Podles has a perfect understanding of the abuse of power withing the Catholic Church, whether traddie or NO.  In fact, in other articles he describes how well orthodoxy, traditionalism, perfect form can be an attraction for wolves in sheep's clothing.
