Bishop Sanborn and the CMRI

I have heard from others that if you receive the sacraments from the SSPX and come to visit where +Sanborn is saying Mass, +Sanborn will make it known to the person that if they persist in going to SSPX Masses, they will be refused the sacraments by him and the priests in the future.

I know the CMRI does no such thing, so I am curious. Is +Sanborn on the outs with the CMRI? I have heard on a few occasions that he does not think much of some of their actions. Do does anyone know?

I know that St. Gertrudes where Cekada was from, they were understood to give warnings of this kind. Refused sacraments.
