But it does still point out the great fallacy of the SSPX and the 'resist-to-your-face' movement, in general. If Ratzinger is Pope, how can they deny him his Pauline services? Such are wrong and to be resisted. But how can they?
And so they don't.

They must confess the council of the early 1960s as wholely Catholic, orthodox and faithful. They must confess exactly the same of the normative service, promulgated worldwide in late 1969, created by the freemason Bugnini (despite his denials of involvement) and Protestants including Thurian who went on to Taize.
The SSPX, as is evident in this, want to have it both ways. And in attempting to do so, end up doing it one way - what the Roman Protestants demand is the 'better way', the 'modern way', and the only way.
