    Not by Burke.  Bishop Fellay, Chris Ferrara, Roberto de Mattei and Martin Mosbach signed it along with many others.  They accuse Frank of heresy.  So apparently the Vicar of Christ can now promote heresy in papal encyclicals.  Great!  So much for infallibility.

    • I'm guessing that Burke didn't sign because he's on record that a pope who falls into heresy loses the office of the papacy by that very fact.

    I'm sure that Chris Ferrara's signature has Bergoglio quaking in his boots!

    1917 Code of Canon law, part 4 of canon 188 says that says that Frank is an anti-pope...

    This is significant that Bp. Fellay signed this.

    It must mean his "dialogue channel" with newChurch is in need of serious repair.
