What he's kneeling (showing reverence) to with the Anglican "martyrs" is what he considers proof that there is indeed salvation outside the Church.
As I've said it many times, his teaching regarding non-Catholic martyrs cannot be considered as anything short of heretical. If Francis and his V2 papal claimant predecessors can be found heretical on any point, it's in their clear repudiation of the dogma EENS.
