  • That's not all he can kiss.
"Kindness is for fools! They [modernists] want to be treated with oil, soap, and caresses, but they ought to be beaten with fists. In a duel, you don't count or measure the blows, you strike as you can. War is not made with charity. It is a struggle, a duel." -- Pope St. Pius X

  • Am I the only one here more surprised that the Waldensians are still around? I thought they were a 13th or 14th century heresy!

Bergoglio is really scraping the bottom of the ecumenical barrel if that's the only holy book he can find to kiss. Even JP II found a Koran. May be a Talmud next? Or a Book of Mormon? That would up the ecumenical game a bit.
Pray the Holy Rosary every day!!

  • I'd pay good money to see him kiss a Douay-Rheims Bible.

Let's not sully the Douay Rheims with him.  He probably doesn't even know it exists.  He'd be hard pressed to produce an edited and modernized Douay Rheims,  Nothing is safe.
We conclude logically that religion can give an efficacious and truly realistic answer to the great modern problems only if it is a religion that is profoundly lived, not simply a superficial and cheap religion made up of some vocal prayers and some ceremonies...

    Touche. I stand corrected.

Luke, heresies just don't go away; if they just lay low for a while, sadly they always bounce back.
