BEHIND FRANCIS' COMING TRIP TO ASTANA

The Vatican has announced that Francis will visit Kazakhstan from the 13th to the 15th of this coming September. What is the context of this particular trip?

Kazakhstan (the land of the nomad) is an enormous country, the size of Western Europe, but with a population of only 19 million. Of these 19 million, 70% are Muslim and less than 1% Catholic, only 250,000 – including Roman Catholics and Eastern Rite Catholics. It is a meager flock to justify such a spectacular gesture on the part of the ailing Pope Bergoglio.

Francis will remain the whole three days in Astana, the capital of the country since 1997. He will take part in the VII Congress of Leaders of the World and Traditional Religions.

Let me offer my reader some background on Kazakhstan and its capital Astana to help us to understand why Francis judged that a visit there is worth the effort of being carted all the way there in a wheelchair.

Ethnically speaking, Kazakhstan is about 70% Kazakh and 18% Russian. During the 55 years it belonged to the USSR, the Russian presence grew to more than 38%. Kazakh and Russian are the two official languages.

Nazarbayev, a communist strongman who became the ‘democratically-elected president’ 28 years in a row

Politically speaking, Kazakhstan was the last Soviet Republic to declare its independence from the USSR in 1991 – only 10 days before the USSR ceased to exist. Thenceforward, the uninterruptedly "democratic elected president" for 28 years was Nur-Sultan Nazarbayev - a ‘Moscow man’ under the Soviet regime. Then in 2019 he voluntarily renounced the office.

In passing, let us not forget that Nazarbayev in Kazakhstan, like Lukashensko in Belarus, reflected the "new democratic look" that the old Soviet Republics artificially adopted in order to fool the West – following the "Communism has died" narrative – and to attract its investments.

In 2019, Nazarbayev passed his power to his disciple Kassym Takayev, who today is the president of that country. However, the former did not retire; he went on to become the head of a powerful Security Council, which actually pulls the strings of every important action that takes place in the country. The first act of the faithful Takayev was to rename the capital Astana after his master; the city passed to be called Nur-Sultan.

Stalinist-style buildings mark the atmosphere of Astana

This political situation lasted until January 2022 when a people's rebellion exploded against the government, which became known as the "bloody January." This unrest spread throughout the country and Takayev declared a state of emergency and asked Putin for help. Putin quickly came to his aid by means of strong military Russian intervention – called "peacekeeper troops" – which along with the police killed 227 protesters. To calm the insurgents, Nazarbayev stepped back as visible head of the Security Council and was replaced by his disciple Tokayev.

Since Kazakhstan is very rich in oil and gas – as well as uranium and many other minerals – during his 28-year long "reign" Nazarbayev amassed a great amount of money and built the artificial city of Astana. It is a city whose atmosphere is marked by grandiose buildings of a Stalinist style mixed with very modern edifices. It pretends to be a city of the future. The main note of this futurist city is a Masonic architecture based on the cult of the sun. Indeed, during part of its history, Kazakhstan had a strong Persian influence, i.e., the Zoroastrian cult of the sun.

The ‘Pyramid of Peace & Reconciliation’ where Pope Francis likely will meet religious leaders

Thus, some of the principal public symbols in Astana include an enormous pyramid, the two futurist columns bringing to mind the two columns of the Temple of Solomon commonly adopted by the Freemasonic symbology, and a tall steel grated structure in the shape of a chalice – allegedly the symbol of the tree of knowledge – holding an enormous globe.

This latter construction of an occult significance has been interpreted as the tree of knowledge holding an egg. The explanation is that according to the Persian legend, the egg was laid by Samruk, a most beautiful bird that lives in the branches of that tree. After their deaths, persons stand before Samruk to comprehend God's mysteries; as the messenger of God, Samruk then decides who can enter paradise.

The gigantic glass pyramid in Astana has three floors. On the first floor is a theater whose ceiling is illuminated in its center by an enormous sun-shaped window. That same window-sun on the second floor illuminates the center of a table in a room consecrated to the union of all religions. Around this table all the chairs are equally placed and the only primacy in the room is given to the center, the sun.

From the left, the first floor theater with its ceiling-sun illumination; the second floor with its sun-like table for the meeting of all religions; the third floor: the top of the pyramid with its transparent light blue colored walls

The third floor is the top of the pyramid, the part equivalent to the large all-seeing eye in the Masonic pyramid. On this floor all the walls are made of a transparent glass, so anyone there can see the entire city. In the transparent blue-colored glass of the walls there are flying doves engraved, a symbol of peace.

The top of the pyramid has flying doves engraved in the glass walls & ‘sun rays’ falling from its apex

Most likely Francis will meet with the world religious leaders on the second floor of this pyramid, around the mentioned sun-table. There are some points open to discussion regarding this city and Francis' visit to it. I list them:

    1. The name of the city Astana, can be considered an easy-to-decipher anagram for the name Satana or Satan.

    2. The Constantine of this new capital of Kazakhstan was/is Nazarbayev: a communist with all the money in the world posing as a new-capitalist.

    3. Several of the most expressive buildings of Astana - the pyramid and the "tree of knowledge" among others - were designed by Lord Norman Forster, an eccentric English architect specially contracted by Nazarbayev for these designs. With its Egyptian pyramid, its symbols of the Zoroastrian sun-oriented cult, its two Hebrew columns, its Persian legend of the tree of knowledge along with the bird Samruk and its egg, and its Stalinist buildings, the city stands as a sort of symbiosis between the symbolism of the Eastern and Western Masonries.

Above left, the main esplanade of Astana with the government palace, two Masonic columns & the steel structure of the "tree of knowledge" holding a globe; right, a sketch of the Bayterek - tree of knowledge - with the egg laid by Samruk

    4. The room dedicated to the union of religions is intended for meetings of religious leaders to achieve an Universal Religion or Pan-Religion, in which no specific creed needs to be believed, but all the confessions will merge in a vague religiosity based on a vaporous Theism, in a hypertrophy of the sentiment of mutual love and in a philanthropic commitment to fight for peace, ecology and the end of social inequalities.

After we set out the symbolism of the city, it becomes clear that the simple presence of a Pope in Astana is already a statement of adhesion to the symbols it stands for. Further, his entrance into the Zoroastrian room constructed around that sun-table is also an enormous concession to the Masonic idea of the Pan-Religion. It is nothing short of a silent manifesto stating: "I agree with it. I am here to propose the same goal."

So, I believe that even if Francis were to go there and make no public statements, he would be placing the Papacy at the service of the One World Order and Fɾҽҽmαsσɳɾყ. But, since he is a man of lively gestures, I fear that he will take advantage of the place and the meeting to do much more.

I'm surprised he didn't go there sooner.

  • Apparently, the supposed Pope likes Paganism even more than he likes Modernism.

  • Remember- Athanasius Schneider is the Bishop of Astana, Kazakhstan and has been for years. Are there any Catholics there? What is his purpose in this?

A very small percentage of Europeans who were exiled there and never left. Also applies for most of the former Soviet Union fwiw.

I'm surprised that this was not mentioned even in passing by the article.  I wonder if +Schneider shows up at this neo-pagan ceremony.

I also wonder if there's some relation at least linguistically between Kazakhstan and Khazaria.
