  • It is a mystery to me how can humanism can ever be
reconciled with Christianity. I hear that the vatican 2
popes keep using the terms the feast of man, the
religion of man. The terms were unheard of in any
pre vatican 2 docuмents, and teaching of the Popes.
That leads me to a conclusion that the conciliar church
    must be a new religion.

Yes indeed, when John XXIII opened the windows to get some fresh air in, I am afraid the Holy Ghost flew out and the Devil flew in.  Now see the results!  Haven't you noticed too, since Vatican II was spawned, the whole world is going to pot,  abortions on the rise, even one is bad enough.  Faith and Morals are considered taboo, God is being removed wherever "they" can get away with it.   etc.  etc.
    Please pray for my soul.

  • If these modernist heretics had a shred of Catholocism left in them, they would by now at least be lementing how all the other "religions" of the world didn't play nicey when they (the modernists) copitulated and sold the farm to try to make all humanity unite under one big heretical umbrella.

  • in other words, for some, the use of the term "humanist" does not automatically = secular humanist....but the study of humanities...

So why does Wikipedia say that St. Thomas More was a humanist, and a patron of humanism?
