The Text of the Acapulco Declaration

After a meeting during which the problems of the Catholic Church resulting from the [so-called] “ecuмenical council“ of Vatican II – which proclaimed religious liberalism, adopted a new mass structured by Protestants, practiced anthropocentrism in place of theocentrism, adheres to UN plans and adopts the Marxist diplomacy of "Ostpolitik" [or "Eastern politics"] – on May 26, 1983, Archbishop Pierre-Marin Ngo Dinh-Thuc, as well as the bishops Mgr José Jésus Roberto Martinez Gutierrez, Mgr Adolfo Zamora Hernandez, Mgr Benigno Bravo Valades, Mgr Moïsés Carmona Rivera and Mgr Louis Vezelis, affirmed the following:

“The Catholic bishops gathered around His Excellency, Archbishop Pierre Martin Ngo-Dinh Thuc, declare that we adhere to his courageous public declaration on the vacancy of the Holy See and the invalidity of the new Mass. Like the iron theologian, Reverend Father Joaquin Saenz y Arriaga, we maintain that the Holy See has been vacant since the death of Pope Pius XII, because those who were elected to succeed him did not meet the necessary conditions to be legitimate popes.

Angelo Roncalli
Roncalli, in his youth, was accused of being a modernist by the Holy Office (cf. “Unpublished docuмentation of the Cavallanti letters“). In his lessons as a history teacher, he used the texts of Duchesne “History of the Ancient Church“, a work considered modernist to the point of being later included in the INDEX of books banned by the Church. Cardinal De Lai summoned Roncalli to the Holy Office and severely recommended that he observe sound doctrine. At the Holy Office, his name appeared in what is called the “Black Paper“ which denounced him because of his relations with the modernists. In the book “The Prophecies of John XXIII“, written by Pierre Karbi, it is implied that Roncalli, while in Turkey in 1935, was initiated into the Rosicrucian sect. For all these reasons, Roncalli was not papabile, since modernism being a set of all heresies –as defined by Pope Saint Pius X–, as a modernist, he was therefore outside the Catholic Church, and could not therefore in no way be pope of the Catholic Church. Even elected, he can never be considered a legitimate pope. Indeed, we have a docuмent of great value which annuls his election and all his actions, this docuмent is nothing less than the Bull cuм ex Apostolatus officio of SS Paul IV, of which we copy only what is relevant in our remarks: “by the enthronement of the Roman pontiff himself, or by veneration, or by obedience manifested by all, or by the passage of any period of time, that it is not considered legitimate in any of its parts,let him be considered not to have granted any faculty of administration, both spiritual and temporal.“ Thus, in accordance with this bull of HH Paul IV, we maintain that Roncalli was never a legitimate pope, and that, therefore, these acts were completely void.

Jean-Baptiste Montini
Montini was also not a legitimate pope, because according to the Bull cuм ex Apostolatus Officio, if Roncalli was not a legitimate pope, and all his actions were void and had no validity, then Montini's election to the cardinalate was void. Montini was therefore never a cardinal and was therefore not a papabile. The fact that he was elected does not give him any validity since he was a heretic before his election.

Albino Luciani
Luciani was also not a legitimate pope, because even assuming he did not deviate from the Faith, the cardinals, both those appointed by Roncalli and those appointed by Montini –who were not legitimate popes – were not legitimate cardinals, and for this reason they could not elect a pope, because they had no power.

Wojtyla
For the same reasons that Roncalli, Montini and Luciani were not legitimate popes, neither were Wojtyla. His election was void and so are all his actions. So it is clear that the Holy See has been vacant since the death of Pius XII until the present day and we do not know how long the vacancy will be extended. We also have abundant evidence that these four pseudo-popes fell into multiple heresies.

Invalidity of the new mass
II.-We declare that the new Mass is invalid for Catholics, because it is entirely Protestant and made by Max Thurián, Smith and Kennet, George and Sephard who are Protestant ministers.
Evidence?
a).-Cardinals Ottaviani and Bacci, in the "critical examination" they presented to the illegitimate Pope Montini, declared that this Mass deviates in its entirety and in its details from Catholic theology and is closer to the Protestant theology in a surprising way.
b).-Monsignor Francesco Spadafora, professor at the Pontifical University, cites one of the major Protestant journals which writes: The new Catholic Eucharistic prayers have abandoned the false perspective of a sacrifice offered to God. ("Lo Specio" I2-VII-70).
Others assure that this mass is ambiguous, that is to say that it is for Catholics and Protestants. If it is ambiguous, it is a mass that God hates; for in the book of Proverbs we read that God hates ambiguities
We say and maintain that the establishment of this new Mass marks the creation of a new religion, in which man is worshiped in place of God, and in which the goods of heaven are less important than the goods of earth. Those who accepted this new Mass apostatized the true Faith. They have strayed from the True Church that Christ instituted and their eternal salvation is compromised. This is why we invite the faithful to reconsider their attitude and return to the Faith, from which they were diverted.

False ecuмenism
We reject this ʝʊdɛօ-Masonic ecuмenism, which seeks the union of all religions in a single universal religion, leaving to each of them its own beliefs and its own rites. This ecuмenism is not the ecuмenism of Christ who wants the union of all men in his divine truth. This ecuмenism leads us to syncretism and contempt for our true Faith.

Religious freedom
We reject the heretical decree on religious freedom, which puts revealed religion on the same level with false religions, and which is the clearest sign of the distancing from our holy tradition on the part of this apostate and schismatic hierarchy.

Communism
We declare –as the Church has already declared– that communism is “inherently perverse“, because the Sovereign Pontiff Pius an excommunication against all those who collaborated with him.
Our "excommunications"
Who are the excommunicated really? Are they the renegades of the Catholic faith? who wanted to change the Church by teaching repentance of what they taught before, and by rejecting all the Holy Councils as well as all the teachings of previous popes. Or are we the true faithful? who have never separated themselves from this Holy Church instituted by Christ to continue his saving work. On the other hand, what authority do heretics have to excommunicate those who remain faithful to Divine truth? that the Church has always preached without any alteration, and that she will always preach, until the end of the ages.

The big scam
We denounce the great fraud of this hierarchy which is no longer Catholic and who presents himself to the faithful as if it were, by usurping the temples that Catholics built for Catholic worship, to celebrate their “Protestant dinner“ there by making the naive faithful believe that it is the Catholic Mass, and by preaching true heresies presented as divine truths.
We denounce the sacrileges and desecrations that are committed in these temples (formerly sacred and worthy of respect), with these terrible abominations which destroy the true faith, sowing among the faithful the most terrible indifference, most of them believing that It is as good to be Catholic as to adhere to any other religion.
The faithful must know that these “bishops“ who, obediently and without any protest on their part, obey the usurpers of the Throne of Saint Peter and follow them in their deviations, have apostatized from the true Faith and ceased to be the true shepherds of the Church, because because of their heretical preaching, they lead them to universal apostasy.
Finally, we declare that no one can force us to separate ourselves from the true Church, of this Church that Christ established, which must last until the consummation of centuries, and that is the only one we must obey, under penalty of eternal condemnation. Therefore, we believe everything she taught, always and everywhere, without any variation, aided by the Holy Spirit and assisted by Christ, her divine spouse, because the truth is invariable. The truth never changes, it is immutable, just as God is immutable.

We thank God for the integrity of our faith, because only with His help do we preserve it and we pray for those who, consciously or unconsciously, have lost it by accepting the fateful changes that have given birth to a new church, and therefore, to a new religion.“ "

PASTORAL CARE IN MEXICO
LETTER FROM H.E. MGR. CARMONA TO THE MODERNIST 'BISHOP' RAFAEL BELLO OF ACAPULCO

Preliminary remark:

At the end of September last year, Bishop Carmona was ambushed and robbed while on a pastoral trip in Mexico after the car in which he was riding was shot at. When the robbers had finished their work on him and his companions, he was told that he would be killed if he continued to do pastoral work in certain places. Mgr. Carmona did not let (and does not allow) this threat to intimidate him in his pastoral duty of care and continued to visit the said towns in the following period. Since then he has lived in constant danger of death.

The following letter from Mgr. Carmona is addressed to the so-called 'Archbishop' of Acapulco, Rafael Bello, in which he suspects at least the accomplice of the attack, who may have also approved it, if not the initiator of it.

I call on all believers to pray for Mgr. Carmona.

I turn to yours. Excellence as the highest representative of the (so-called) new local church, a 'church' that loudly proclaims its love for justice and claims to fight any injustice. Your Excellency I would like to point out the following facts and a few things to consider that speak clearly about the new 'gospel' that is being preached in the new church.

On September 24th (last year) I went to Guadalupe Victoria for pastoral care at the invitation of the believers there. About 8-10 kilometers beyond Ometepec, around 4 1/2 in the morning, we heard a shot as we stopped at a pond. The shot was aimed at us and hit one of the rear tires of our SUV. At the moment we found ourselves surrounded by five individuals with pistols in their hands who forced us to leave the car. They asked us to pack our things and drove us through difficult terrain to a place that they had apparently previously determined for their purpose. There they searched us and robbed us of all our belongings.

I would like to assume that Your Excellency knows exactly who the real instigator of this attack is. Because such brilliant attacks pay off and are at least important for upcoming promotions. I believe that all of this has its roots in an agreed plan, because from the mouth of a woman from cuмbre de Figuera, in conversation with another, it was said: "Here in Acapulco, only Father Carmona is the rebel who does not want to obey the Pope and sows discord. That is why it was thought to quickly put him aside so that this question can be resolved."

How did this woman know about this? Did a priest reveal the sensitive secret to her? I don't know it. In any case, the attack took place a month later. There are also some revealing details: Three to five minutes before the attack, we encountered an SUV. There were two people sitting there who I recognized because of the dimmed lights. Since this car did not cross the pond and there was no other sign of further travel, I can assume that these two people brought the attackers to carry out their work on me. The same SUV was seen in the parish office of Gmetepec, and its owner turned out to be none other than the famous Father Nazario. Of course, he himself is not the main culprit. The culprit is someone else, your Excellence knows. Ten days later my path was blocked with stones and tree trunks. This was the work of the well-known Franciscan and 'catechist' Juan Calgaro, who - advised by the perpetrator of the aforementioned attack - called for the use of violence against me and imposed the 'excommunication' on all who called me to him. It is not surprising that these things are taking such a course on the part of the new 'church'. Because if there is a new 'church', there must also be a new form of understanding 'justice'.

And as far as the windy freedom of religion is concerned, where is this freedom when those who believe in their freedom in the church, the eternal one, want to remain are mistreated and subjected to 'excommunication'? What about this freedom when you recruit paid attackers to ambush and threaten with death those who preach the same doctrine that Christ preached and handed down to the apostles?! For the New 'Church', are those not human beings who do not accept their horrendous heresies and the ridiculous things committed in the churches and ultimately return to the true Catholic Church? They have declared that in matters of religion no one should be prevented from acting according to their conscience. Does this only apply to heretics in the old sense? For us who "take the freedom" to remain in the ONE CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH and those who want to return to it, this freedom probably doesn't apply? For us there is probably nothing but lies, slander and violence.

After all this, I could have shouted to the four winds so that everyone would know what was happening. But I remained silent. Now that a certain amount of time has passed and I have had time to think, I think it is appropriate to turn to your Excellency: my bishop's ring was stolen from me, a gift from the German Catholic traditionalists on the occasion of my episcopal ordination and particularly dear to me. My watch, my simple bishop's cross and a high-quality camera as well as a large amount of money were stolen from me, intended for an emergency on the trip. All of these things, as well as what was stolen or taken away from my companions, are probably in the hands of the perpetrator of the assassination attempt. Your Excellency, as his superior, can make him return the things to me, because all of this is of great value in these times. If justice is understood to be whatever it was meant to be, this would be an act of justice. If the author of the action does not have these things in his hands, Your Excellence should demand back from the assassins who were inspired and paid by him. I would be deeply grateful if Your Excellency wanted to intervene on my behalf in this embarrassing matter.

I had heard of this attack from Father Cekada who made reference to it. But this letter gives the harrowing details.

How wonderful that the German trads supplied the Bishops with rings.

I wonder if the stolen Bishop's ring was ever recovered?
