We know that +Kozik and +Fernandez did not make the claim of a +Thuc consecration until nearly a decade later, after +Thuc had died.  Why?  Well, one of the few plausible answers would be that they waited until he had died because, if he were still alive, people could track him down to either confirm or deny their story.  +Laborie's story doesn't make a lot of sense either, since he considered +Thuc's consecrations at Palmar to be valid, and he then was in turn consecrated by +Puga (in addition to the other two), and +Puga was a properly trained pre-V2 priest.  Plus, if he considered the consecration doubtful, then ... his ordination would also be doubtful, and perhaps even more so, since one bishop could have ordained him alone, without assistants.
This is very telling, that Kozik and Fernandez waited almost a decade- until Abp. Thuc was dead to announce their consecrations by Abp. Thuc.  The evidence is mounting to discredit their claims to have been consecrated by Abp. Thuc.

Correct.  +?Fernandez and +?Kozik both reportedly went together to visit Archbishop Thuc in Italy ... thus the exact same date.

... but there's no word of a conditional ordination from +Thuc in late 1978.  There's no independent verification of their visit, nor that a conditional consecration had been performed.  +Kozik did produce a docuмent that appeared to have been signed by +Thuc, but he could simply have presented a certificate for +Thuc to sign by telling him some story about how they broke from Palmar but as a result the group had not issued them ordination certificates and thus presented something along those lines for +Thuc to sign ... IF of course the entire story hadn't been entirely made up... I really can't rule out that these types are a simply liars and conmen.
+?Kozik and +?Fernandez were together at Palmar de Troya and together they started their Fraternite Notre Dame- created to go along with the supposed apparitions in France in 1977.  They also supposedly went together on the same date (10-19-78) to get conditionally consecrated by Abp. Thuc, and they were  both convicted twice in French courts for breach of trust and fraud.

At this You Tube channel of +?Kozik there is this video with JPII and Sr. Faustina and the Divine Mercy image on the barn on the property of +?Kozik- looking very Novus Ordo rather than Traditional.

Cristo, Hijo del Padre. Es su Excelencia Monseñor Jean Marie quien os habla.
Buildings on the grounds also with Divine Mercy image and JPII. The last part of the video zeros in on the image as its major focus and emphasis.

The Archdiocese of Detroit Department of Communications invites parishes to publish this advisory in their bulletins:

Regarding Fraternite Notre Dame
Each of us in the Catholic faith community has a responsibility to reduce error, avoid schism, and promote ecclesiastical communion. To that end, the Archdiocese of Detroit shares the following information about a group operating in Detroit and elsewhere called “Fraternite Notre Dame,” which presents itself as a traditional Catholic religious order of priests, friars, and religious sisters.
Fraternite Notre Dame entered the Archdiocese of Detroit in 2018 without the permission of the Archbishop of Detroit. As you may know, valid Catholic religious orders may not enter a diocese without the permission of the local bishop.
The group bought the former Most Holy Name of Jesus church building on Van Dyke Avenue on the eastside of Detroit. Most Holy Name of Jesus Church is no longer a church according to the Church’s law; it was closed in 1990 and deconsecrated, meaning it would no longer serve as a sacred space for Catholic worship. The building was sold to another religious group, which later sold the property to Fraternite Notre Dame.
Fraternite Notre Dame represents itself as being in full communion with the Catholic Church and asserts that it has a Cardinal-liaison assigned to the group by the Vatican. Despite the Archdiocese of Detroit’s multiple requests for confirmation or clarification, the group has not presented anything to support these claims.
In the interest of truth and to avoid confusion among the faithful, we must clarify that, as best we are able to tell, Fraternite Notre Dame is not an organization in ecclesiastical communion with the Catholic Church. Catholics are advised to avoid association with this group.

Yesterday I spoke with 3 nuns from a community called Fraternite Notre Dame. They were upset because a local news release described them as not being in union with the Roman Catholic Church, and the local diocese wished to inform local Catholics that this organization was not in ecclesial communion with local bishops or with Pope John Paul II (the news release had been written a few weeks ago.) When questioned about this the nuns acknowledged that they do not recognize the authority of the local bishop or the hierarchy of the Roman Catholic Church. They do say they recognize Pope Benedict XVI and their own “bishop”, Jean Marie Roger Kozik, who is the founder of their religious community. They say they are 100% Catholic, but not Roman Catholic. They answered evasively when asked if they were members of the Ukranian Catholic Church or one of the other Eastern Catholic Churches.

According to this 2016 report , +?Kozik's group is trying to be regularized by the Vatican:

All the people fighting to discredit the accusation of Sacrament simulation are people who have a vested interest in seeing Thuc line Sacraments continue.

With every post, it seems, you demonstrate what a malicious fool you are.  You need to repent and beg God for mercy.

Instead of providing a shred of evidence or refuting the points made by others, all you have is crap like this, where you got it stuck in your malignant pea brain "muh simuilation", "muh simulation" like some low-IQ moronic parrot, despite the fact your assertion has been proven false ... and keep claiming that only those with some ulterior motive to "see the Thuc sacraments continue" could POSSIBLY believe that your gratuitous idiot assertion is false.  It can't have anything to do with the fact that you haven't presented a shred of evidence, haven't refuted any of the rebuttals to your assertion, etc.  You tried this crap early on where you claimed that the only reason I defend the +Thuc line is because I depended on them for the Sacraments, something you pulled out of your ass but turns out to be completely false.  In my area, I have a resident independent priest, SSPX, SSPX, and numerous Eastern Rites, in addition to a CMRI chapel ... and I've only rarely assisted at Mass down there since they hate us "Feeneyites".  So, yeah, I defend the +Thuc line Sacraments despite the fact that I have serious problems with CMRI, and I also have serious problems with the dogmatic SVs and dogamtic non-una-cuм-ites like +Sanborn's group, and those two constitute the bulk of the +Thuc Sacraments in the US, outisde of Bishop Dolan, but they're friendly with CMRI also.  But I won't slander someone or some group with false accusations simply because I don't like them.

No, those who reject your assertions are simply interseted in truth, which you are absolutely uninterested in.
