Thuc: Life - Part 20
 
Thuc went to the United States at the invitation of Bishop Vezelis. He was in Rochester. These were probably his best days in recent years. The Franciscans treated him like a bishop. Not like someone inferior or a hired worker.
 
The year 1984 came. The archbishop died on December 13 of that year in Carthage, Missouri. How did this happen? Why was the bishop in the monastery of the Vietnamese Congregation of Our Lady Co-Redemptrix? Who was involved?
 
There is talk of both Thuc voluntarily joining the monastery and his kidnapping in New York. He was allegedly dragged into a car straight from the street.
Pio Laghi
Pio Laghi. 26 March 1984 appointed Apostolic Nuncio to the USA by JP2 He had spent the previous ten years as Nuncio to Argentina. There he played tennis with one of the junta leaders and P2's cousin, Admiral Emilio Eduardo Massera. Bishop since 1969. He is on one of the lists of Masons in the Church. Date of entry - 24.VIII.1969. In his US office, Thuc was allegedly brutally interrogated by a hired thug. "He wanted me to renounce everything I had done. I refused because it would destroy everything I did," said the Vietnamese. (Abp. Thuc)

Bernard Law
The next person implicated would be Bernard Law, then-occupant bishop of Springfield-Cape Giraudeau. Law is known for covering up  ( and protecting serial sex abusing priests) and moral scandals.
John Leibrecht

He was replaced by John Leibrecht, who was ordained bishop on December 12, 1984. The day before Thuc died. Coincidence? Law brought the Vietnamese congregation to the same monastery where Thuc was held nine years later. Another coincidence?

To the left of Bishop Thuc, we see Bishop Jacques Huynh Vân Cù. From the Thuca line. What is more interesting - a Vietnamese bishop appointed auxiliary bishop in Vietnam by Montini. (meaning he was Communist friendly, as were the enemies of Abp. Thuc and his family) Could Vietnamese bishops have access to Vietnam after all?

The photo was taken on the monastery grounds (Carthage). Bishop Thuc seems sad and intoxicated. Jacques Huynh contrary. More evidence of Thuc being drugged by his tormentors? Bishop Thuc suffered from diabetes, which also made things easier.

A lonely Vietnamese bishop, deprived of his episcopal see, family and homeland. The Vietnamese congregation appears. Isn't it obvious that it will pique his interest?

What does John Paul II congratulate John O'Connor on?
His nephew, Francis Xavier Nguyen Van Thuan, and John Joseph O'Connor are also accused of betraying Thuc. For the sake of formality - also Józef Ratzinger and Karol Wojtyła.
 
Is it a coincidence that Pio Lahi, Bernard Law, Francis Xavier Nguyen Van Thuan and John Joseph O'Connor were created cardinals? Joseph Ratzinger went even higher. In the case of Thuc's nephew, a beatification process is underway. Only Jacques Huynh Vân Cùa was not "promoted". Why?
 
Can't we apply the words "to Thuc Verily, verily, I say to you, If the grain of wheat falls into the earth, it will not die, it will only be left alone, but if it dies, it brings forth a bountiful harvest" and "A servant is no greater than his master". He died among his enemies. Lonely and tortured. Deprived of friends and property. Do we not hear him crying deep down: "Eli, Eli, Lamma Sabbacthani?"

After his death, there appeared unsigned a statement in which [alleged] Thuc apologizes for his actions and asks for forgiveness. Moreover, he calls on the bishops he ordained, all those ordained by them, all those who follow them, to reject their error and reconcile with the Church and John Paul II. Moreover, this text included the recognition of V2, NOM and "especially the dignity of His Holiness John Paul II, the de facto and legitimate successor of St. Peter".

Persto: The supposed  signed recantation of Abp. Thuc has never been produced.  The only thing that exists is contradictory written statements concerning this recantation by the Vatican and the Carthage Vietnamese monastery, and the photo of Abp. Thuc supposedly signing a recantation.
