Even if we assume that what you said is correct (and we have evidence that it is not), sacraments do not become retroactively invalid because a Bishop who was Catholic fell into heresy in his later years.

There is a doubt over all his Sacraments. He was clearly not meant to be doing what he did. Not the will of God.
