FROM HIERARCHY.ORG
Interesting that only 1 of Abp. Thuc's consecrations in 1981 is mentioned after 1961

The Smoke of the Antichrist by Fr. J. Vida Elmer
While updating the list of Thuc Bishops, I came across this pamphlet of Fr. J. Vida Elmer.  He was consecrated by Bp. Mckenna in 1987 and died in 1993.  A rare find, and very interesting, I started a thread to make it available to the readers at CI.

The other 399 are not considered Catholic by the conciliarists

Neither is the one listed there (Bp. Carmona).

There is a list at this link:
http://www.tboyle.net/Catholicism/Thuc_Consecrations.html

The Boyle list has a total of 15 consecrations by Abp. Thuc, and some of these are disputed  Abp. Thuc is only responsible for the actual consecrations that he performed.  It is not just, to say that he is responsible for 400+ consecrations.  Each bishop is only responsible for the consecrations that he performs, and not for the subsequent consecrations performed by bishops that he consecrates.  Those consecrations would be the responsibility of the bishop carrying out the consecration.

The Cardinal who Ordained  Abp. Thuc:

The Cardinal seen in 1920

Willem Marinus van Rossum, C.Ss.R. (3 September 1854 – 30 August 1932) was a Dutch prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He was made a Cardinal in 1911.  He led the Apostolic Penitentiary from 1915 to 1918, and served as Prefect of the Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith from 1918 until his death.  In 1925 in Rome, he ordained Ngo Dinh Thuc (28 years old) as a priest on December 20, 1925.
