Fr. Wathen's Testimony:
This is an important docuмent because it was written around the time that Abp. Thuc died. Some of the most important statements are:
-Both Popes PXI and PXII gave Abp. Thuc authority to ordain Bishops and priests without a papal mandate, and these extraordinary faculties were never withdrawn.
-There is no clear evidence of Abp. Thuc "recanting" after the Palmar de Troya consecrations when he was "excommunicated" by the Vatican.
-Abp. Thuc repudiated Clemente and his followers when he declared himself pope after the death of PVI.
-The Vatican falsely claimed Abp. Thuc recanted before his death, making the earlier claim also doubtful. There was no signiture on the supposed recantation docuмent of the Vatican.
-Abp. Thuc consecrated 6 more bishops and declared the state of Sede Vacante. He preserved the Apostolic line in this time of crisis after Vatican 2.
-Abp. Thuc died in a Novus Ordo Vietnamese seminary under mysterious circuмstances, only months after he had apparently been abducted from a Traditional seminary in New York. He was only located due to an investigation of the FBI. Before he could be interviewed he died - cause of death not clear.
All of those points have been completely refuted.
400 plus bishops and counting from the Thuc line folks.
Absolute madness.
