Hi Meg. Anything else on that site has no specific connection to Locutions to the World. Any thoughts on the specific locutions I posted? I would give the Amazon link, but CI doesn't allow that for some reason. So here's a link on Google books.
https://books.google.co.in/books?id=FDnQDQAAQBAJ&pg=PA458&lpg=PA458&dq=hat+is+why+the+Holy+Father+and+all+the+bishops+must+make+this+Consecration+in+a+public+way+and+must+specifically+mention+Russia.&source=bl&ots=HPLeFP2Es3&sig=ACfU3U3v2uB8noKmBMF1KxqOwRN7q4ZYcg&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi6wOGe48jkAhWY6XMBHegUAUQQ6AEwAHoECAgQAQ#v=onepage&q=hat%20is%20why%20the%20Holy%20Father%20and%20all%20the%20bishops%20must%20make%20this%20Consecration%20in%20a%20public%20way%20and%20must%20specifically%20mention%20Russia.&f=falseThis part, to me, is among the most amazing part of these locutions, "That is why the Holy Father and all the bishops
must make this Consecration in a public way and must specifically mention Russia. The Russian people must know the source of the gift. This is also why I wait and wait, even though the Holy Father delays. I must have the Holy Father act in the name of the Catholic Church so the Russian people know that the Catholic Church has released this gift. In this way, they will desire and bring about union with the Catholic Church." I don't think there is a Traditional Catholic in the world who could have explained the reason for the Public, Specific, Consecration of Russia by name better than Our Lady did here, speaking in an authorized locution to a soul in Pennsylvania.
Pax, the SSPX has always fought for the necessity of the Papal and Collegial Consecration, and it still does. His Eminence Cardinal Burke and His Excellency Bp. Athanasius Schneider have recently begun to do so.
https://fsspx.news/en/news-events/news/cardinal-burke-%E2%80%9C-consecration-russia-must-be-done-explicitly%E2%80%9D-31688 and "In a comprehensive address on “The Secret of Fatima and a New Evangelization,” Cardinal Burke, in the presence of fellow dubia Cardinal Carlo Caffarra, outspoken Kazakhstan Bishop Athanasius Schneider and over 100 life and family leaders from 20 nations, said that the triumph of the Immaculate Heart would mean much more than the ending of world wars, and the physical calamities that Our Lady of Fatima predicted. “As horrible as are the physical chastisements associated with man’s disobedient rebellion before God, infinitely more horrible are the spiritual chastisements for they have to do with the fruit of grievous sin: eternal death,” he said."
https://onepeterfive.com/breaking-cardinal-burke-calls-consecration-russia-immaculate-heart-mary/Resistance naysaying of the important works of the Society apostolate aside, I hope that on the day of the Consecration, SSPX and Resistance Bishops will be on the same side - as the whole Catholic world should be, in Union with the Holy Father and the Bishops.
That is the calling of Our Lady of Fatima - to remain with the Successors of St. Peter and the Apostles, and to pray for and with them.
Fr. Kramer has cited the testimony of Italian Stigmatist Antonio Ruffini, confirming Russia has not been specifically consecrated yet, as also Fr. Gabriel Amorth, who was there that fateful day on March 25th, 1984, when the Holy Father Pope John Paul II did not mention Russia by name, has: "On this point I would refer to the testimony of the Roman stigmatist, Antonio Ruffini. Pope Pius XII authorized the blessing of a chapel on the spot where Ruffini received the stigmata on the Via Appia, and Father Tomaselli, the miracle worker, wrote a booklet about him ---- a short account of the life of Ruffini. I myself knew Ruffini for many years. In the early 1990s Ruffini was asked point blank in his home: "Is John Paul II the Pope who is going to do the Consecration of Russia?" He answered: "No, it's not John Paul. It will not be his immediate successor either, but the one after that. He is the one who will consecrate Russia." That is, Benedict's successor, during this time of world war and persecution of the Church, will be the one to do the Consecration at long last and then the restoration and the triumph of the Immaculate Heart will begin."
