S & S maintain we claim that Divine Law teaches:

That a prelate who is judged, by private judgment, to be a heretic automatically loses his office.

So supposing a Catholic Pope was reigning now and my 8-year-old daughter decided that he was a heretic this would mean according to the SVs that he has automatically lost his office.
