While you're of a different mindset regarding the current status of Bergoglio, I think we can all agree that in the case of a heretical pope, step one would always to be to identify and publicly call him as such. SOMEone in a position of authority or credible leadership has to come forward to "start the ball rolling" on whatever process would be required to either declare him removed or the "ministerially remove" this man from office (regardless of which theoretical position one has on the matter).
