I'd prefer the traitor Dolan to a bishop like A. Schneider or Burke, both of which have 'deep seeded respect and appreciation' for the TLM (Burke's even celebrated on a few occasions, and I believe Schneider has, too) but compromise by performing the NO and supporting VII-style religious liberty. Better to have someone who isn't going to lull trads and prospective trads to sleep with traditional trappings. If we can't have a trad pope, better to have a real VII flower child than another EF/OF reform of the reform, revive the council in a hermeneutic of bullshit BXVI carbon copy.
