    • My understanding is that 20 of the alleged Chilean bishops who recently resigned have perished in an air disaster last Fri... :confused:

    No, the plane was a Cuban state-run airline that crashed on the island where 20 Protestant ministers died. Wouldn't be any reason for them to be in Cuba.

    I did so. The story is not there in current events. Perhaps my IP provider is also blocking that story. Recently many websites have been blocked by DSL extreme.

    The website itself says that it's satire. There were 20 Protestant ministers on the plane, not Catholic priests.

    • i am using Chrome & the story comes up fine if you click on Current Affairs. I Do Not see where it says 'satire'. Pls cite story that claims Prots were on board.  :cheers:

    I have mozilla/firefox, not chrome.

    Mozilla has lately banned a lot of websites, which have been recommended by members of CI, saying that those websites are unsafe, so I miss a lot of stories.
