    Anglicans given parish

The Anglicans are welcome to"... enter the Church, while maintaining the cultural patrimony inherited from their Anglican tradition." and "...will also provide a fitting place for the liturgical and spiritual traditions of the Anglican tradition to flourish, in complete union with the Catholic Church," Msgr. Newton added.

How  does Anglican tradition "flourish" w/in the CATHOLIC Church?

Regarding the LGBTs who used to have the church which has been given to the Anglicans and will now be transferred to Jesuit parish, "We will no longer be organising the Masses - but the Jesuits do a fine job themselves. Free of the burden of preparing all the details of the Mass, it will be easier to extend our celebrations from just twice a month, to a regular weekly service...what we have come to know as 'Soho Masses' are not ending, but expanding," he wrote on his personal website, "Queering the Church."

    QUEERING THE CHURCH ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !  ! ! ! ! ! ! ! :faint:

Obviously there is no room for traditional CATHOLICISM today!

  • Did you ever seen a Soho Mass? I think that these are liturgical abuses. Even the NO Church condemn ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖity, unless we get an ultra-liberal "Pope".

Maybe in theory, but in practice the NO Church doesn't condemn anything (except perhaps traditional Catholicism).

You are so right about that.

The liberal secular "catholics" especially those hypocrits the US Catholic Conference of bishops which have infiltrted and are running the novus ordo.

Very liberal Cardinals Dolan, mahoney, Rigali and others are allowed to make decisions to vote for next Pope when they are unfit to make and condoned sɛҳuąƖ abuse of innocent children and young seminarians...

  • Now they are pushing of priests getting married. Then this will mean married Novus ordo gαy priests in the future because they will cry discrimination when same sex marriage is legal in all states..

This is the future there are work books welcoming gαy lesbians to the table.

May God bless you and keep you

Terence Weldon is among the organizers of the Soho Masses [....] which are organized for the attendance of gαy, lesbian, bisɛҳuąƖ and transgendered Catholics[sic] in London [....], and was also receptive to the announcement.  "We will no longer be organising the Masses - but the Jesuits do a fine job themselves.  Free of the burden of preparing all the details of the Mass, it will be easier to extend our celebrations from just twice a month, to a regular weekly service.  what we have come to know as 'Soho Masses' are not ending, but expanding," he wrote on his personal website, "Queering the Church."

I'm sure that the Jesuits in London will be flattered to read that Jesuits do a fine job [....] organising the Masses.  After all, they've had 4 centuries to figure it out.  Altho' maybe half a century more to get so wrapped up in 'liberation theology' that I suppose they might've loosened their grip on priestcraft.

Aside from a priest [sic], sacred vessels, Eucharistic species, vestments, and an acolyte (or two), what else do they really need?  A few ushers, maybe?  A choral/chant director and choir?

What is this oppressive burden of preparing all the details of the Mass, that when lifted, allows the "Soho Masses[sic] Pastoral Council" to double the Masses [sic] in their schedule?  Now that it's Lent, they can even simplify "preparations" by omitting the flower arrangements.

So what else is there?  Do they make rainbow vestments from scratch for each Mass [sic], starting with shearing the sheep and dyeing artisanal wool cloth?  Do they unbolt, rearrange, and restore all the pews?

All this is an historically cruel development for the many native-British Jesuits of 4 centuries ago, who suffered imprisonment, torture, and sometimes martyrdom, to provide traditional Catholic sacraments, catechism, and counsel during the Elizabethan Persecution.

  • We Trads often complain about how this heretical movement or that particularly insipid organization is "in" while the Traditionalists are "Out" please remember to follow that complain up with the question:  Why do you want to be "in"?

Remain faithful to Catholic Tradition.  Work diligently with unceasing prayer for the salvation of your soul and trust in Our Lord.

  • I want the whole "visible" Church to be "in" with Tradition, to return to tradition rather than drift farther and farther afield from true Roman Catholicism.  I am sure that many parishes are Catholic in name only.

Judging by the ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ scandals of the last few years I think "queering" of the "church" has succeeded.

    As St. Athanasius said:

"May God console you! ... What saddens you ... is the fact that others have occupied the Churches by violence, while during this time you are on the outside. It is a fact that they have the premises -- but you have the apostolic faith. They can occupy our churches, but they are outside the true faith. You remain outside the places of worship, but the faith dwells within you. Let us consider: what is more important, the place or the faith? The true faith, obviously. Who has lost and who has won in this struggle -- the one who keeps the premises or the one who keeps the faith?

"True, the premises are good when the apostolic faith is preached there; they are holy if everything takes place there in a holy way ...

"You are the ones who are happy; you who remain within the Church by your faith, who hold firmly to the foundations of the faith which has come down to you from apostolic tradition, and if an execrable jealously has tried to shake it in a number of occasions, it has not succeeded. They are the ones who have broken away from it in the present crisis.

"No one, ever, will prevail against your faith, beloved brothers, and we believe that God will give us our Churches back some day.

"Thus, the more violently they try to occupy the places of worship, the more they separate themselves from the Church. They claim that they represent the Church but in reality they are the ones who are expelling themselves from it and going astray.

"Even if Catholics faithful to tradition are reduced to a handful, they are the ones who are the true Church of Jesus Christ. (Coll. Selecta SS. Eccl. Patrum. Caillu and Guillou, Vol. 32, pp 411-412)."
