IN Regards to the above reply,

These punishments are owners of heavy punishments for the Monarch wishes the world to be a utopia in which the only way is to bring fear. So once these laws have been enforced when his rule starts man shall learn and maybe stop commiting actions against GOD and the GOVERNMENT. Yes, they are DRACONIAN but for a reason.
