  • Excellent comeback Stubborn.

They dogs are table-server dogs, for the Novus ordo schismatic meal-mass.
This calls for a canine inclusive change to the Neurotic Obfiscating mess; ;D

Glory to Dog in the lowest,
peace to its puppies on earth.
O good lord dog, heavenly Rex
    Almighty Woof who does slobber.
We tickle you, we give you treats, we take you out on walkies
Lamby pamby of dog, who takes away the food scraps from the table,
    how mercifully cute you are.
For you alone are the howling one,you who drink from the gourd,
in the fellowship of all furry critters,
One dog for never and never
    Hoo Ha!

  • You're very talented, Kaz.

And you undoubtedly used to attend the Novus Ordo to have the rhythm so spot on (no pun intended).

Thank you Wladyslaw (as thou art named in Polish)
Doing my graduate work at a really bad NO theological college it helped to have a wicked sense of humour and a fair satirical streak. I was immersed in the worst of the worst but I thought it best to struggle through, get my essenially two masters degree and get the heck out. All of it did take a huge toll by the end of the line, but in the end it has made me more militant Traddie than ever, it being more than twenty years ago.
There are some great parodies of NO hmmms out there. I recall one sounded very much like The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald.
    Of course there is always....

  • I've always wondered about the background of this intelligent creature ?

I don't think he ever came near an altar... just the dinner tables.

    Crow are highly intelligent.

  • Oh no... "White Wing" died!

Just joking.  This was an interesting video on Crows and their learning behaviors. Thank you.

I'm sure you caught it, around 9:00 the "scientist" start referring to evolution as the driving force behind the Crow's intelligence and survival skills.

Corvus corax and it's related species of crows were given intelligence by God their creator and they have used their gifts ever since.  If these creatures are headed anywhere, it is to fulfill their role in the animal kingdom as God intended.

For example, removing a poisoned loaf of Bread from St. Benedict's monastery table was one duty of state, they fulfilled.

As a whole, Biologist are marginal scientists, being weak in the hard sciences.
If their science skill-sets were stronger, they would see through the hoax of evolutionary theory.

Question:  In your traditional chapel, how do you handle those who come to Mass in shorts, halter tops, for an example?  Our chapel has a very large sign with dress code. The bulletin states as well.  But is your dress code being enforced and how?
If people come to our chapel who are underdressed (i.e. men in shorts, women in pants) but nevertheless are dressed somewhat modestly, we inform them of the dress code (we have a printed sheet to hand out) and tell them if they want to stay, they can sit in the back.  We offer them a headcovering and a missal and answer any questions.

It's been a long while to have a visitor who was dressed scandalously (i.e. halter top or short shorts).  If they did come, we'd probably tell them of the dress code, but inform them they can't stay (though they are invited back anytime).

  • Thank you for your reply.  Does your chapel have clothes to change into?  I have seen where there is in this one chapel and yet, the newbies or those who try, come in, sit in the back with shorts or such.  Some chapels have clothes for women, but not men.?  I knew of a priest who would not allow anyone to sit in the back.  You changed clothes or out you were.

I am reading a book by Fr. Muller of the late 1800's.  He spoke on the true presence of Christ and how appalling it is, to it being blasphemous to not dress as one should, like you would to see the King.

It is good to read, here, that it is seldom that we see "dress" not being with in code.
