The theory of sede vacantism is partially based upon the fact that an heretic cannot have "slipped through" and become pope.
Except it's not. It is based on the fact that a heretic cannot be elected pope nor can a pope who dissappears into heresy retain his office.
A ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ who gets ordained is an entirely different situation.
OK, so this means the heresy nullified the election, basically as soon as the heresy occurred (and was not corrected,or whatever)?
