She does, but that is not the point.

AP posts often about the age gap issue.  He currently does not have anyone, because all the available women are overweight.

Laststand is involved with a family that he is hoping to marry one of their daughters.

Just clearing this up.
"The point" was to try to discredit and emasculate OP for not complying with modern mores of society. "Triple dog dare you", >snark emoji<, "bet you won't"...but Da Missus got the wrong guy
Oops

Show me the Catholic teaching that tells a man he may physically punish his wife? I prefer Catholic sources than random internet commentary.
I didn't make any such claim..but probably Aquinas. Go check it out.

Also in regards to sports they are talking competitive/professional sports not a fun game of volley ball at a picnic with modest clothing.
Who's they? Perhaps a female-only game, with no men around. I don't think men and women should be jumping, diving around in front of each other

After doing a deeper dive the only reference talking about corporeal punishment is putting her away in the case of fornication..  Putting away implys locking up.  It does not imply spanking as if she is a child.  I think we need to define terms before something like that is placed on the forum.

Also in regards to sports they are talking competitive/professional sports not a fun game of volley ball at a picnic with modest clothing.

Gray, you are missing an essential element of this exchange. Go read my exchange with Mrs. Z on the other thread. No matter how clearly I explained my motivations\actions, the woman's motivations, and my relationship with the family, she refuses to accept I just might have noble intentions. It should be very clear to anyone with an objective eye that Mrs. Z has ill will towards me.

And now she is baiting me on this thread. She wants me to fail. She does not want me to marry the young woman. That is why she is daring me to tell her father this (even though I never said anything about corporal punishment). Due to the legal ramifications, it may be difficult to defend it (in principle).

Ironically, she is proving my point why I don't want the young woman's girlfriends having undue influence on them. Women can easily stir up drama, create illusory fears, and project them onto others. Mrs. Z is acting like a teenage brat who doesn't know her place. What makes it worse is she is a married woman with children. She deserves far more colorful terms to describe her disgusting behavior. But I am just not interested in shrieking, overreacting harpies on the internet.

Gray, will you call Mrs. Z out on her unacceptable behavior, or will you defend the sisterhood?

Maybe.  Or AP started this post for a clear fight and she responded in kind to his post in the first place.

Aquinas made the claim for only fornication.  And it discussed putting her away not corporeal punishment (which usually means spanking a child)

They was in reference to the link attached and the conversation that followed on that link.  The poster of the list retracted some of it, but the list goes viral anyway.

WorldsAway you have never seen a volleyball game at a church picnic?  It never really looks super competitive, it just looks like a bunch of people having innocent fun.  At worst you have the men showing off for the girls or a girl who is a little more competitive.  I really don't understand this fear of mixed events.  Are you able to articulate it better?

AP bated us in the first place.  Are you going to call him out?

I will defend the sisterhood as long as you men defend the brotherhood.

I understand that The Mrs and other women with young children on this forum who have young daughters are looking at there 7 year old daughters and are afraid.  And you men think she is just being mean.  I think everyone needs to really check themselves.  Women will respond with emotion when a man says you are a feminist if you believe

• Opposed, in principle, to corporal punishment being administered by a husband to his wife

Quote
Corporal punishment is the intentional use of physical force to cause pain or discomfort as a penalty for bad behavior or rrule-breaking.

Just pray and think about this for awhile.  :pray::pray:

I know exactly who am talking to.  AP has expressed his desire to court a very young lady several times.  Eventually, he will have to talk to her father.  This was not directed at last stand but it was interesting to see his response.
