He seems more insane than anything.

Insane is way too simplistic for me. This group has always done everything by the book until 2024.

Yes, they've also always had a wide variety of practices -- some traditional and others that were definitely not -- but never anything that would put them at odds with the diocese. I don't think they were ever "fed" by the diocese either. They seem to have always had enough financial supporters. They own their own property that's over 100 acres with a great view. You don't get to that level of financial support for being outright crazy.

What's going on there is a real puzzle to me.
