  • What do you think? Please critique. Thanks.

I post these kinds of videos because it is still a danger that could be presented with the confusion wrought in the wake of the new theology and Vatican II. The likes of de Lubac et al. are still promoted and presented as misunderstood, and I would like to see how we can answer any questions in this regard.

  • I agree with you that it is important to know the errors and how to refute them with real Catholicism.

About the video, it has almost no susbstance at all. I watched it in the hope that it would discuss the man's ideas, but all we get is a little biography and many praises to the notorious herectic.

The only thing that really got my attention is that he was encouraged and praised by Pius XII through his confessor. Pius XII confessor was Fr. Bea, if I am not mistaken.

Anyway, I know that Lubac is a major Vatican 2 theologian, and that he was a dirty modernist, but what were his ideas? I honestly don't know.
