Sorry. I came across it when researching but I can't check my search history because my Laptop is off getting repaired.
When you get it back, please post it.

I will if I can. Sometimes the history gets wiped during repairs.

It’s pretty easy to be holier than the ( anti-) pope …. there was never resistance in calling for Peℓσѕι or Biden’s excommunication , but JD gets off without a peep from “ pro- life Catholics”. Just a lot of excuses for his scandalous position on the abortion pill . (62% of all abortions are by pill today)
.
Is Vance “allowed” to be pro- abortion because he is part of the Trump dream team ?

When  the Overton window moves left it never moves back
I would guess that it's because most Catholic pro-lifers see these people in context. Peℓσѕι (born 1940) and Biden (born 1942) are cradle Catholics, raised pre-V2. Both have spent their careers advancing abortion "rights", Biden seemingly somewhat more reluctantly than Peℓσѕι. They come from an era when Catholicism still had moral credibility in society now, equating morals with Catholicism is the punchline of a joke. This comes to mind as an example: "....the Catholics, a group with a bad touching little boys habit."

Vance is young (born 1984), a newbie convert (2019), and new to the national political scene. He's coming into office facing a defunct Church hierarchy and moral corruption that he didn't help create, so I think most are taking a wait and see approach.

I agree that the Overton window is being continually shifted to the left, but I see blaming Vance as like ignoring the CEO and board of directors to place the blame on the janitor for the collapse of the company.

Context? That sounds a bit subjective.  Objectively JD Vance knows exactly what he is doing- he WAS 100% pro-life already! All politicians for the past 50 years have been called out for their abortion positions- even during the obvious apostasy in Rome. It's the people and Catholic media that usually held their feet to the fire; not the prelates at the Vatican.

If the Democrats had won, everyone would have gone crazy over Kamala's abortion stance CURRENTLY.

Because of the popularity of the Trump team, Christians are willing to forgo their normal moral positions and give this untenable compromise to Vance without pushback.
It's pretty obvious.
I think this arguement is parallel to the Gaza genocide as well ( with Trump).

I may be wrong, hope I'm not, but I have this lingering suspicion that, at three o'clock in the morning, even though he has all sorts of Newchurch enablers telling him it's okay (but not that priest in South Carolina who refused him communion), Biden knows in his heart of hearts that his pro-choice stance is wrong.

It may have taken his ouster from the presidential race in what was basically a palace coup, to sour him on the Democrats, and make him begin to question the party orthodoxy.  He seems awfully blissful that Trump won, in fact, I would not be a bit surprised if both he and Jill secretly voted for Trump just to get back at hαɾɾιs and the party in general.  He did wear that Trump hat, ostensibly as a joke, and Jill did wear that bright red dress when she went to vote.

Let's pray he gets it right before he goes to meet his Maker.
