  • Interesting video out of the Diocese of Nashville. Presider Breen of St. Edward's in Nashville has some rather interesting things to say, such as;

    "We owe no obedience [to the Pope] as adults, except to our conscience."

    In favor of artificial birth control.

    In favor of divorce.

    Repeatedly calls for the ordination of women.

    Blames lack of Latino priests as the reason why Latinos are leaving the Church in droves (no mention of poor catechisis).

    Calls for democracy instead of theocracy, in direct contradiction to what Christ instituted.

    "A community... loved by The Lord, and all who love God's people." His emphasis is on 'US', and not on loving and worshiping God.

  • The primary purpose of excommunication is remedial.

    If B16 was a real pope who posessed true charity, he would excommunicate the likes of these people.

    Instead this behaviour has been tolerated, indeed stimulated by the actions of the V2 bogus-popes and their cronies.

  • The immediate post-V2 era will be a time of transition when Rome says one thing and the dioceses do another. When Rome becomes fully Newchurch without the lingering conservative attachments of Wojtyla and Ratzinger, then the modern church will be as one.
