A friend of mine just sent this to me. It sounds like it was recorded in a studio and not in a church (I've never heard a sermon given in a church where there was not a single sound from the congregation).
I replied to my friend saying, "It’s an interesting sermon. But I wonder why the priest made it since there is absolutely no question that he will acquiesce when his bishop, the pastor, and other priests in the diocese follow the guidelines from that docuмent. What is he going to do when a person, whom he knows to be divorced and remarried or living in some other “non-ideal” situation, approaches him for communion? He’s going to give him or her communion."
I then copied the comments I made on the interview with Bishop Schneider about how the Conciliarists make a lot of noise, but, in the end, they will acquiesce. This is nothing more that a feel-good sermon given in front of nobody (other than a microphone and, perhaps, a producer). He will congratulated himself for "resisting" the evils of Conciliarism, but he won't resist a darned thing. In the end, he'll go right along with the program.
Frankly, these people who make a lot of noise but have absolutely no intention of doing anything (and remaining anonymous with a talk like this says it all), disgust me.
