  •  :bob-marley: I guess we scared "Pope" Augustine away or got him to show his true colors.  From the former "Pope's" website:

:soapbox: For almost two thousand years, Roman Catholicism has been manifesting itself as a competing system with true Biblical Christianity (also known as Calvinism).  This website is designed to point out the inherent contradictions in the Romanist system, and raise and discuss questions relevant to the "Vatican II" issue within its system.  Vatican II was a revolutionary council from 1962- 1965 that further discredited Romanism.  During this council, Romanism migrated from one false theology to an entirely new one based upon modernist and socialist ideals.

The essential idolatry of Romanism has remained the same, but has mutated in an astonishing way.  Now, especially in the developed world, its adherents no longer pay honor wood and stone images, attempt to immolate Christ daily in the mass, or merely deny justification by faith alone.  Rather, through an integral syncretism, every false religion other than Christianity is now raised on a pedestal.  It is almost as if Rome, when confronted with the new wave of political correctness that came to the West in the 1960s (with all of its destruction), immediately attempted to embrace it is a new form of idolatry it could use to continue to deceive souls.

The basic results of this system are the same- spiritually: eternal damnation for its adherents; and materially: mass individual and societal level corruption and poverty.  Most of the political and economic systems under Rome remain highly unstable, whereas those in post-Protestant countries continue to do relatively better.(Yeah, like in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark where at least 3/5 of all children are born out of wedlock and you have "stable" socialism.)

This problem will be investigated from a full perspective of theology and political economy.
    Pray for me, always.

  • Unbelievable. The man is as unstable as .. as .. I can't think of an analogy. What's something that's ridiculously unstable?

Unbelievable the gymnastics his mind must go through. He's already composing intelligent sounding prose with his new point of view consistently in place (e.g., "Romanism" for "Catholicism", etc.)

  • Anyone who wishes to see an abjuration under oath that the Pope is a true Catholic can simply e-mail The Apostolic See to obtain that information.

Every man is bound to accept a man as Catholic who has received notice of an abjuration from all previous errors.

  • also, would have to conclude gnostic, as calvin I guess was needed 1500+ yrs into Christianity to discover on his own the secrets of "real"CHristianity???

also, material wealth of a nation does NOT indicate spiritual wealth, this is laid out clearly in copious biblical passages.then again, Calvinism holds that material wealth=predestination. Poverty=damned......

Pope, to reitereate, you are an idiot.....

    Mockers!

Every day you ceaselessly seek to slander the Apostolic See, to bring it down, to do everything in your power to prove it wrong.

And you wonder why God has given you no Pope.  That is also why God sends you great confusions.

Calvinists hold there is no-and never has been-any Apostolic See........

  • We condemn Calvin as a heretic.

Lucio M. has been spreading rumors that we're a charade.

    It is not true.

  • Anyone who beleives we are a Calvinist can received a signed abjuration of any Calvinist heresies the Pope previously held at any point in time when he was not the Pope.

Lucio M. is spreading rumors to try to bolster the claims of Antipope Michael, who is a heretic that beleives dogma denying heretics can be saved.

  • Looks like "pope" Augustine changed his site back after showing his true colors. I have a feeling that this character is a person who went by the name Thomas Sparks (who ran a pro-Jansenist Soteriology site) or is someone associated with him. According to Catholicism.org, Sparks used to pull stuff like this, changing his site back and forth on a daily basis as to what he believes.

  • If you want my guess, he is either certainly a Calvinist, and is already eternally secure in his salvation, and incapable of mortal sin, since "all things are lawful" for him, and therefore can, with impunity, cast aspersions of madness any which way he pleases - or he is simply a well read atheist with a sick notion of a what constitutes a good hobby and a desperate need for attention.

    In other words: :devil2:

  • The Apostolic See to Catholic Martyr,

David, the whole web knows of your antics, especially with the schismatic Dimond Bros.  Don't think that you may stand anywhere to judge us.

In fact, all of you are unbelieving schismatics.  We are all answerable to Him in the final day.

"You may think you KNOW who I am, but I assure you you do not.  There is one who does know.  You think all of your theories are right.  For who do men say that I am?  Perhaps I am a wicked calvinist or atheist as you call it, OR PERHAPS I AM THE PREDICTED FINAL POPE OF THESE LAST DAYS!

I am the final Pope of these last days.  Lucio (God named him lucifer for a reason) and others think they can discredit Augustine because, as predicted, We had to deny Christ publicly in the three ways of heresy, schism and apostasy.  But those who are of God see tht this fulfills everything."

    So declares Augustine.

Only a fool despises Malachy, and fails to see these are the last times.

  • To Catholic Martyr's credit, the Apostolic See does believe he has a dose of natural charity superior to that of most here.

Most of you here are uptight Pharisees.  Your mission in life is to place burdens on others, or show off how much your own burden has been.  Charity, the greatest of the gifts, is not possessed by you.

This is why God has blinded you.  Yes you know much, but you have not used it well.  Woe then to you, unless you open your eyes, become like children, and repent.
