No, that's not what Fr Scott is saying.  Go re-read what he wrote.

I'm asking about what you are saying. Is there a Church teaching which states that the Latin Rite for ordinations must be said in Latin to be valid? Obviously, if they absolutely must be said in Latin to be valid, then you have a good case.

What about Fr. Calderon's study? He is considered one of the best "theologians" in the SSPX, and he says that the Novus Ordo bishops must be reconsecrated. Did you people forget about it?

His article, of course, has been conveniently buried and forgotten by the leadership.

Brick walls. What +Lefebvre said or did is the rule of Faith for some people. They are not going to change their minds at this point because, well, +Lefebvre can't change his mind at this point.

You believe that we can only see what Archbishop Lefebvre believed, as if it's that simple.

What is your rule of faith?

You see, for some of us, it's has to do with the indefectibility of the Catholic Church. If all of the conciliar church hierarchy are suspect, then how can the Church ever right herself? Fr. Chazal said as much in his book "Contra Cekadam."

One solution would be that we have an heretical pope that is tied legally through his election but because of his heresies/apostasies he lacks authority. When he converts after some major Fatima style tribulation, he would then be a fully Catholic pope with full authority.
