You're claiming the rites of ordination/consecration were exactly the same as the apostles used up to the time of Paul VI?
I think you need a reality check my friend. There is a long history of nepotism in the Church, especially during the Renaissance.
When some pope wanted to make a nephew a bishop or cardinal there probably wasn't any rite at all. It was like, "congratulations Giuseppe, now you're the bishop of Milan! Go see a tailor for your vestments." And nobody questioned the legitimacy of those clerics.

Even though there were some bad Popes who promoted people based on personal interests, there is no evidence at all that ordination or consecration rites were ever skipped.
Not even Modernists think that simply saying "you are now a bishop" confers Holy Orders. This is not true at all.

He isn't claiming that at all.

It sounds like you have not read The Ottaviani Intervention. The Bogus Ordo was condemned from the start because it doesn't offer a Catholic sacrifice according to the Council of Trent but a Protestant meal service which uses a Jєωιѕн dinner prayer as the Offertory. Not to mention Bugnini, the Secretary in charge of it all (starting in the late '40s), was a Freemason. And that's all just the tip of a very large iceberg. lol

I'm thinking of someone like Cesare Borgia who was made a Cardinal by his father Pope Alexander VI.
I highly doubt Cesare spent an hour in a seminary.

How can you, aligned as you are with the Resistance, but so stupid?  That the SSPX would "investigate properly".  There is no "investigation" that could make up for the radical changes the the Novus Ordo Rite of Episcopal Consecration that clearly establish a positive doubt.  You cannot "investigate" that away.  In fact, they do the exact opposite of what Pope Leo XIII teachines in "Apostolicae Curae" in attempting to determine whether any given bishop or priest had the right intention in using the New Rite.  Pope Leo XIII teaches explicitly that the intention is a matter for the internal forum and cannot "per se" be known or "investigated", but that what was invalidating about the Anglican Rite was the intention of the Rite as can be determined in the text itself.

This is clearly you just wanting to just accept whatever SSPX says because you don't want to be bothered or troubled by it.

Wrong. I just haven't allowed sedevacantism to influence my views on any and every given trad topic.

The reason why Fr. Hesse isn't much discussed here anymore is that he also didn't allow sedevacantism to influence him. Though he wasn't hostile to it. Anyone who hasn't adopted outlying sedevacantist views (such as the ordination question) is considered suspect here.

What in the world are you taking about?  Christ gave the Apostles ALL the sacraments.  He gave them the ESSENTIAL WORDS necessary.  This was handed down by the Apostles and the ESSENTIAL FORM has not changed.

The V2 rites of ordination/consecration changed the essential form.  Previous popes already declared what the essential form is.  V2 ignored it.  Just like Paul 6 ignored the essential form of the consecration of the wine.

If the essential form is changed, that’s a factual chnage which is easily verified, which means there is positive doubt.
