I don't know what the lesson is supposed to be from these changes to the mass. As far as I can tell, they seem to be teaching catholics to "do their own thing," "lighten up," and to "let it all hang out." Those kind of lessons seem to be inspired by the cultural revolution in the west, not The Holy Ghost. Of course, that doesn't mean that the church isn't indwelt by The Holy Ghost, I think it is, but these changes do not appear to be the result of that indwelling.

I find more of freud and amelia earhart in these changes, than i do of St. Peter and St. Augustine.

raised Catholic...parents stopped going when i was 10 (1968)

went to many protestant churches over the decades

returned to the church NO when Benedict was elected

didn't like what a saw....advised by a SSPX priest... to protect my faith

what you see displayed here is purely protestant worship, been there, done that.

If i wanted to be protestant I would still be going.

this makes me very sad.
