Ack, sorry Raoul!! My use of the word lazy was in itself lazy. It's my break time, and my kids are doing lessons, so I couldn't even make one of them go grab me the Thesaurus.

I mean something like "too easy", considering Abp. Lefebvre died so long ago. If we are only talking current affairs, there is a lot going on with "krahgate" and so forth.

I'm the lazy one, here, no personal denigration of you was intended at all.

Ok, maybe I was a bit too smug in that last post. Forgive me.

Regardless, God will be the ultimate Judge at the end of time, and I hope we both make it to heaven, SJB. With the knowledge I've learned, signs God has shown me time and time again, and insight prayer has brought me(which maybe God has chosen to shelter from you and not let permeate your brain), I have no other option but to follow the Truth. My conscience feels at ease , without the hypocrisy that other options have given me.

You make a very good point. What exactly IS the SSPX position?

It's keeping Catholic Tradition (the Faith), and acknowledging a Pope at the same time -- which is precisely what Catholics practiced for centuries.

So SSPX Catholics didn't change -- the world around them did.

You can't call someone guilty who was formerly innocent, who never changed his behavior...

"If I am wrong now, we were wrong then..." and all that.
