Parents give their children handheld computers (known as mobile phones) with internet access. And they also don't monitor what their children do. And Character.ai is an app that they can download.

I would not to be surprised if there is diabolic activity asociated with those kind of events.

That was my point.
Children shouldn't have access to the internet.
