I’m having the same problem in New York and it’s getting worse.  Also, my connection to CI vanishes mid-post, mid-reading when full page ads for businesses of all sorts in Connecticut pop up.  I can barely use CI anymore.

Almost impossible to post.  Takes several tries and if you don't copy your post first you loose it.
Thumbs up and down give the message you've already voted but when you refresh, your vote was added.
some days every click brings up an advertisement.
Very frustrating.

Same experience here. You cannot vote for someone now. I thought that it was just my account. Glad to know that everyone else is experiencing the same thing.

My script gathered over 500 IP address ranges while I was at work today.
Not 500 IP addresses, but 500 BLOCKS or ranges of IP addresses.
Of course, being at work, I couldn't actually add them to the server blacklist until I got home.
I have done so now.

Yes you can still vote but you'll get the message that you've already done so... your vote will register, I just voted on your last post but I had to leave this thread and then return to see it.
In just doing that one task I got  three ads in the process.
