Not only are the idiots able to get online at the tap of an app now, even easier than the AOL days, when you at least needed leisure time (so people more likely to read and think) and a PC, but the quality of forums plummeted as advertisers hijacked a lot of sites to convert them into venues, turning the staff politically correct and pushing dissent to the fringes again. I can't wait for the data bubble to burst and gloat over the ruin of verizon, google, and microsoft. We can move to HAM radio, filtering out people who can't form or verbalize complete thoughts.
