API is reachable and returning 200s, but the model list is empty.

Either no models are pulled/configured in Ollama or user access to models has not been enabled in the admin panel.

You've pulled the model properly? Whats the admin panel saying for users in the models section?

In Admin Panel → Settings → Connections there's an ollama url you can test. http://localhost:11434

It might be pointing to the wrong place.

I made a dumb newbie mistake!

I had the one & only model set as "private" which is apparently the default for some bizarre reason.

Try it again -- I made it "public" and saved changes. That should fix it.

That's why I need help testing this -- to work out these kind of glitches.

It had to think long and hard on my questions...

I thought it was going into thermal runaway, but then it worked!  :cowboy:

It's doing some "thinking", or what they call thinking. It's not real thinking of course. But that makes it slower. I might change that in the future. There are a lot of things I might change in the future; this whole thing is an interesting experiment.
