I am tring this RSS feed thing, I heard it would help get the info updates I need instead of visiting each site I like all the time to see if there is something new.

    Any advice?
I would like to save time getting the info I need all in one place.
But am wary, will it become cuмbersome to wade through like email?

It can be. I think it depends on what sorts of feeds you subscribe to. At one point I followed feeds of coupon sites and it was very much like sorting my inbox, but now I only follow feeds to blogs that I read mostly for entertainment / inspiration.

I use Feedly and like it. When my list of unread things gets too long, it's simple enough to click on the so-so blogs and mark the feed as read and then just read the ones you really like.

I don't follow many sites. Only about a dozen. If I follow many more than that, I usually fall behind and then trim back down to the best ones.
